Well, I can definitely see where RTD got the idea of Torchwood from, and a bit of POI too. Overall better than Buffy S4, but it isn't the top-tier either, and I HATE the flashing light transition between scenes, it hurts my eyes to watch that stuff. Also, am I the last person to realise that "true happiness" just means sex?
